Hyden M-6

Does anyone know if a Hayden M6 primary automatic chain tensioner will fit a 2005 chopper Dt 117ci

I have been looking into them myself and have not found an answer yet.

They are supposed to be the S**t !!!

hey just a lil info . im pretty sure my 04 is different than 05 ( 2004 left side drive - 05 right side drive )...

I was just going to post that. The right side drive has alot less clearance inside the primary. Someone may need to call Baker or Hayden to find out.

Well I can tell you for sure the M-6 will not fit a chopper with DSSC not enough room for it to fit behind the case

Sorry I didn't see this thread before but if you would have searched you would have found that out as it's been discussed here several times before. No room in the DSSC cases!

I did get the Harley primary automatic chain tensioner to work I had to grind the webbing under the adjustment plate but it fit and works great.
