How to adjust throttle grip

2 issues:

1. Throttle grip on my 06 K9 suddenly decided to become sticky. Meaning when I let go of it to shift, it remains where its as if I have a throttle lock, doesn't operate freely and return to its idle position. Any fix?

2. the two cables coming out from the bottom of the throttle housing seem wobbly/free play. Is it suppose to be like that or is something wrong?

Cables are wobbley, There is a throttle lock screw you can adjust with a couple of turns
