How to add a ride map to a ride post??

I would like to do a new thread to Roads and Rides with a map of our recent UT AZ trip (along with pictures). The pictures are no problem, but I can't figure out how to get a mapquest (or similar) route map into photobucket so I can post it.

Help or suggestions please?

I use the "print screen" method. I get my map where I want it then I hit print screen. Then open "Paint" and paste it and save as a .jpg to the desktop. It is now a photo, then open my photo editor (the new Windows Vista one is great) and crop out all the rest of my screen I don't want in the picture then upload it to photobucket.

Could also just post the link or hyper link to that map.

Or use google maps. You can select the route and add detinations/way points etc. They also provide the html to link to the page remotely.
