I hope Im alone here but.... sure Im not. Im a busy mofo.. Between, work(self employed slave), kids, wife, little league coach, etc.... I rarely have free time. Occasionally, I'll get done early or have an afternoon to myself & sneak a ride in... Always look forward to the day trippers... one comin Sunday...

Well, today was one of those days... hadnt walked the dog more than a few blocks, in months..

Got done early... 90degrees today... got paid, still had a ton of errands to do but..... came home got on the Bull & ran my errands... spent several hours doin shit I coulda done in an hour. Was awesome...

Alot of in town light to light... then some freeway time... Just that sensation merging on the freeway... waiting, waiting... then Crackin the throttle shootin onto the road on your terms.. Love it. Feeling that relaxation as the wind goes by, that S&S rumblin... and all the smells from the road sides...

You can make cash, have fun, whatever... but... nothing seems to make me feel ALIVE more than, that.... rush I get from my Dog.

I think being a busy mofo, and not getting the miles on Im used to lately... probably enhances it some. I felt as good today as the first ride on my dog.. more so than any other bike Ive ever owned.... and had 7 or 8 other bikes, goin on 25yrs now..

It aint the attention from others, it aint any ONE thing in itself, more than just that feeling of freedom, that sensation of living ..... :choppersmiley:

Be safe....

I hear you man. I love letting the dog get a good run in. The sound of the pipes, the smell of fresh air, and the feeling of independence is bad ass.

Good Read Roof,

That's what its all about :2thumbs:

I've been using my RoadKing as my daily commuter - gives me a little more of that "1st time feeling" when I get back on the Dog. :whoop:
