HORN STARTED HONKING AND HEADLIGHT WENT OUT. WTF?

Not since I have owned it, all of 3 weeks. I have read several times that even the controls react to water. So heres another little quirk about this thing, when I brake the front wheel I hear a fairly loud buzz that lightens when I reduce the breaking force but it comes from my left handlebar controls. :bang:
I dont get it. These bikes seem to be made so well and the craftsmanship to the smalles detail are unmatched by anything I've ever owned and I've had over 20 bikes.

I'm thinking the noise from the front brake is normal. The brakes have floating rotors and make a noise when the brake is aplied. Reason it sounds like its coming from the left handlebar is because the rotor is on the left side. All of them I have ridden have done it.

Dog Dies after it gets hot, Wires Plus on the way

Well after replacing the battery I had hoped my problems were solved. They were not. After about 5 minutes of riding my k9 will kick the headlight to bright, turn signals start to blink on one side or together. Ive checked the battery, all the wiring I can get to. No fix. Im not a mechanic nor do I have the time to jack with this FKN Bike. I went ahead and ordered the wire plus "Brain" and Im having Hardcore Customs put it in and get this thing as reliable as it should be so I can actually ride this beyond 5 minutes without fear of breaking down. Its frikin embarrassing to have such a bad ass bike and my Harley friends making fun. Next time I ride there will be no trace of the Big Dog EHC! I don't why Big Dog just doesn't contract with wires plus so they know they are sending a reliable product out the door. Happy Customers tell friends and they tell friends but the same applies to unhappy weary customers.
