Has anyone put the Hooker 4 into 1 pipes on a Big Dog? If so what do you think of them? Fit, Sound, Performance?

I like mine alot. Good looks and they run and sound great. Check for application, I had to do a little weldinf and tweeking to make em fit my 2003 left side drive chopper.

I think R&B stock them for RSD - how is the ground clearance for right turns?

I drag em with my LSD but I drag the kick stand and have been known to drag the primary too so I'm sure with a little caution it could be avoided. When I'm thinking about it I drag less than I used to!

Sharp pipes what about the power???? For looks or go!!!
Hookers web site claims a 10 horse gain from pipes alone on a stock HD softail on the Dyno. I'm pushing 109.2 HP and 120 FT. Lbs torque with just the pipes and XXX carb upgrade.

had them on, but the fit was pretty bad and I'm not as crafty as Sul or Sparks to fab something to make'em fit. Aside from that, they sound great and performance was MUCH better than my current 2n2 Martin Bros. If they woulda fit I would've kept'em on. I ended up giving them to one of my good bros who has a night train and he love's em. They fight like a glove, sound great and he says his bike def. has more kick to it now.

i actually think there ugly fuckers

I actually like the look of them - my RPJeez, which I've had for only a couple of months, are fucked from the dragging already - the underside of the collector is in a right mess and won't be long before there is a hole in it so this dragging thing is an issue for me. Looks like the challenger pipe has more clearance - I actually quite like the look of that too. It looks what it is - a performance pipe.
