help w/ S&S pipes

When i purchased my dog the previous owner had put aftermarket S&S pipes on her. Recently, while driving down the highway, the outer-covering for the top pipe simply fell off (and i was unable to retrieve it). See image.

Questions:

1. Can anyone tell me the exact model of these pipes? I couldn't find anything that seemed right in the current S&S catalogue.

2. Does anyone know if its possible to purchase just that outer sleeve, or will I need to spring for a whole new set (at around $750 from what i can tell).

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. She runs fine, but deserves to look her best too :)

Super Trap Mean Mothers, they do that. You can get new heat shields from them.

Are you saying that these are indeed NOT S&S pipes, they are Supertrapp, specifically Mean Mothers ....as shown here:

SuperTrapp: Performance Exhaust

and that i can get just the shield directly from SuperTrapp?

I'm not saying Pablo is wrong, I'm not an exhaust expert, but I have a set the look just like them for a road star and was told they were Screaming Eagles

Any idea which one was offered on the '07 mastiff? I have a feeling it was purchased through BD...also, i dont see JUST THE SHIELD anywhere for sale....am I missing something obvious?

thanks gang, got the strut bolt fixed, it was a BITCH to get out cuz the head had broken off.

Question, what pipes SHOULD i run on my '07 mastiff ? Looks like i'll just get a new set...i'm looking for sexyness and HP (like everyone else I bet)!

update....

thanks gang, got the strut bolt fixed, it was a BITCH to get out cuz the head had broken off.

My mechanic cannot find the heat shield for the Mean Mothers that were FOR Big Dog....does anyone know if the MM's sold NOT through Big DOg are the same or different?

Question, what pipes SHOULD i run on my '07 mastiff ? Looks like i'll just get a new set...i'm looking for sexyness and HP (like everyone else I bet)!

Did you contact Supertrapp? They told me all they needed was the part number.

I forgot mine are off the bike:
part #'s
Rear is 051-7293
Front is 051-7294

Don't know if this will help, but my exhaust is vance and Hines and each part has a part number on it. So when I called them they were able to cross reference something that worked. On my heat shields, the part number was on the inside - pin stamped number. Maybe supetrapp does the same thing.
