help needed: bike has no power to it

bike has no power to it and batterys fine no lights nothing last time i drove the bike it stopped running couple times i just turned ignition off and started back up to get home. any suggestions?? Ehc?

Sounds like you might have a loose terminal on the battery or a bad ground.

I had that happen to me. The negitive battery cable broke off at the battery. Lost everything.

If you have an 05 or 06 and you have no loose connections you may have a bad ignition switch.

tried a new iginition already nothing havnt tried a new ground yet

It would help if you told us what year and type of bike your are riding......

You are more than likely getting intermittent power to the EHC. Go through the drill!

No click? I have changed all if my wireing to wireplus system. Most guys are going fully HD wires. There is one more wire you need to check. I found it on my chopper..... Make sure you squeeze the small cable that goes to your starter and it makes good connection.... Started right up. Check all your black cables on your EHC connections, they also go bad. These will be easy to see ( before you go and make any expensive purchases ).

I put a new ground cable on it thought it eas fixed but tonite it did the same thing after turning it on to test the binkers. It just powered off like i turned the key off. Tested theres power to the inginition. Any clues??

The ignition switch supplies a ground to the EHC to turn it on. Depending on where you're measuring it, "power" on one side of it only shows you probably have continuity to that wire. See if you have continuity to ground on the other wire.
