Help, Need some advice

I have a 07 k-9, had the battery tender on it, like always. The lights started blinking at me, took the seat off and all the lights were on next to the battery. Called the dealer and they said it sounded like the battery, what do you think?

I think the lights blinking is a sign of a weak battery - when you say the "lights next to the battery" do you mean the EHC?

Which one of "lights" are you talking about?

Yes, the lights on the ehc. It is kind of weid, if i disconnect the battery, wait awhile and hook it back up, the bike will start,but the neutral light is slightly lit. I will ride the bike and turn it off and the right turn signal indicator on the speedo will be slightly lit. Wait awhile, the bike bike will start blinking again and the whole cycle will start over.My question is, if it is a weak battery, why will it start the bike after being disconnected for awhile?
