HELP!! Cutch won't engage-I'm sure I F-ed it up...

Had a rattling sound from my primary and the main tranny shaft side. So, I took it all apart, hub nut loose and chain was loose. My outer 3 gears cogs on my clutch pack were moving freely back and forth? Don't remember this ever being the case.

So, put it back together, went to adjust my clutch, as I've done in the past many times w/main shaft and allen...BUT once I tighten the clutch lever and lock it down, it's springy and hard to pull, but my clutch won't engage...rod won't engage WTF did I do to it this time? rod moves a mm or two, but that's it????hahahaha

Can anyone help and tell me wtf I did? Clutch was fine before I disassembled it.....

Like Paul said check the other side and recheck you're work. I know a guy who put his pressure plate in backwards once. That wasn't pretty.
