Welcome from Washington State, hope you enjoy the site. Sounds like your tach ring might have gave up the ghost, you can find them on Ebay. So for the shut off, your button on the PCB could be worn out, they can also be found on Ebay. I would suggest you troubleshoot and make sure your getting power up to all areas before buying parts, you could have a short or broken wire and can fix it before throwing parts at it. We have a member on here that sells these items and posts the items on Ebay. They're know as Bigdogpartsking and Shovelheadkicker, both are the same persons. Good luck... :cheers:

Welcome from South Texas. As to the issues you are having check for loose connections under the tank or even inside the speedo housing.
