Just wanted to give a heads up to a problem I had, and hopefully will help some one else out in the future. When I started my 07 Bulldog the first time this spring, it wouldn't start with out giving it throttle and would die as soon as you let go of the throttle. Turned out the "IAC" sensor was stuck and had to be replaced. Read my post in the "dealership" forum about the great job both my dealer and the factory did to get me bike up and riding. Hopefully this can help someone out. Ride safe!

It did trip the engine light. I was able to ride it up to the dealer and they hooked it up to the computer. It didn't give any error codes. Apparently the factory has the ability to do some things over the network to test the bike, and they were able to determine the problem.

I agree with kcnjamie on BDM customer care being top notch. They changed my opinion by what they have done for me personally.
As you follow the threads in this forum, you can see where Ohmster has resolved some issues with the EHC, the speedo and so on. They are on top of it, it just takes time.
I think many good things will come to light this year with the sheer number of EFI bikes and the amount of feedback they will get so they can pin point issues.
If I were you, I would keep a couple of the BDM tech numbers in your phone. They have helped me on the side of the road to troubleshoot a electrical failure once.
If you do not have a new service manual, buy one because if covers the EFI and electronics in detail.
If I can ever help you just ask...
