Anything I need to be aware of when swapping the headlight to an LED?

Go ahead and change the plug while you're in there. Make sure it fits tight. If you are installing the Daymaker, you will have to loose the rubber gasket

Are you saying use the plug off the original setup, or are referring to another plug, sorry I'm new to the big dog, owned lots of HDs.

You might find that the plastic plug that was plugged into your headlight is melted a little bit. Because of the heat. And may cause a loose connection on your new headlight setup. There should be a thread on here for installing the day makers

I like and use the "Ceramic 3 prong plug". You'll never have to worry about the plastic plug burning out, leaving you without a headlight. Cheap fix, around 4~5 bucks

Just dont drop it as you are installing. They will break on concrete....how do I know? Lol.
