Headlight problem

I have a 2003 chopper and the headlight won't come on both high and low beam. Any way to determine the problem with out starting to replace things?
Manual says could be relay. If so where do you get one of those?

Check the bulb and make sure it is good. If it is and you need a relay as you manual says, visit your local HD dealer they should carry them for that year bike.

Thanks, it was the relay, got one at napa on the way home from work.
