FYI......I talked to Ben at Tampa Big Dog today and was asking him some general questions about the 2004 headlight power. He asked me if I had the original connector or the upgrade. Apparently they had a problem with the original connector melting and have a upgraded replacement. Was news to me.

Buy one of these Ceramic replacements and cut to the chase and never have to do it again. I installed one of these on my bike long ago.
