JUST DO IT !

I cant say enough about doing the "Wire-Plus" system:2thumbs:.

No more worries about getting left at the side of the road (or even worse).
Logged just over 1200 miles on my 04 Ridgeback with the wire-plus unit and cant stress enough what its like not to worry.:whoop:

Pretty simple install and if you do indeed need some help, Jake is simply awesome to deal with. He not only knows his stuff, he explains it so the layman (like me) can understand it and make it work:cheers:.

You will be extremely happy with it. "DITCH THE "EHC":bang:

Not yet, but I am going to have to do it now. While investigating my electrical problem, I discovered that one of the pins on the EHC plug had corroded and snapped off. Looks like I had some water instrusion into the plug. Lousy, chicken shit design:job::job::job::job::job::job:
So, I guess Jake is going to be getting that new boat after all.:D

I have not yet but will when it is needed. My last bike 2006 (APC Evil Spirit) had the wire plus and it was great no problems.

Been converted for more than a year now -- zero issues with the Wire +

Sorry, forgot...

I installed the original first prototype wire plus module in my Ridgeback almost two years ago and about 6000 miles later I have not had a single hickup or any sign of a issue.

The best thing I like is my bike can sit in storage for 3-4 weeks, with the battery connected, with NO battery tender on the bike... and when I go out to start it, it cranks over like a raging bull!!!!

I could not let my bike sit for 7 days off the tender with the EHC and get it started.

Jury still out with mine, kinda bulky, definately not as compact as the EHC was, felt like I was trying to stuff 10 lbs a crap in a 5 lb bag.
Finally I took the plastic tray out but just don't like the module's flopping around in there.
I'll see if wire-plus has a better suggestion on layout.
