have to weld bungs on hooker troublemaker pipes

Hey I ordered a set of hooker troublemaker darkside pipes and I have to weld bungs in so I can put my O2 senors in. Any suggestions on how to do this from people that had to do this to there pipes or knows anything about it? I am getting my pipes in tomorrow and wanted to start getting the things I needed. Does anybody know what size bungs I need to buy for a 08 k-9 EFI? What size hole needs to be drilled in the pipe? Somebody told me NAPA supplies muffler shops so I guess thats probably the best place to buy. I know some people that can weld so I got that covered. I guess you need to use a mig weld gun on pipes?

tig would work to, dont know about the fitting size, mine are due in wed, those pipes were a deal, I dont have efi on my dog so not sure

First thing you should do is dry fit the pipes on the bike so you can mark the spots where the sensors screw on. You will end up welding the bung itself directly through the pipe. Once the bung is welded you then ususally take a drill bit thats just under the the id of the bung and then drill through the pipe.
Oxygen sensor bung and plug for aftermarket gauge sensors. Wideband o2 sensor bung for mounting oxygen sensors. Weld on oxygen sensor bungs are need to mount o2 sensors in exhust systems. - Oxygen sensor bung and plug for aftermarket gauge sensors
