I did some business with Nelson mid-December. I was thinking my order was running a little late and I started to call him, but then I just figured it was because of the Christmas shipping season, so I didn't bother. A couple of days later, Nelson called me. I think he said they had a new server, or something like that, and had just discovered they had lost some orders and mine was one of them...he apologized. My order arrived two days later. Maybe his new server is not serving him too well?

Regardless, it seems a lot of guys are in need of a discount supplier who also provides excellent customer service - is that too much to ask for this day and time? Sure seems that way, doesn't it!
