Handlebar riser bolt grade/torque

I know this is posted all over this forumn.. I have looked everywhere for this. including the torque chart for a 1/2-13 x 2-1/2″ HHCS, SS, POLISHED

1. What are the torque values for these? Or

2. Does anybody know what grade of bolt these are?? They have no markings on the head so am I right to assume Grade 2?

So I looked up the torque values for these bolts and I think these are a grade 2 bolt due to no markings on the bolt head. according to the torque chart they are torqued to 50' lbs dry and 35 Wet. I used the 35' lbs due to cleaning up the threads and applying red loctite. A little tip that I got from Moe
