Exactly what I am going to do Gas... I am off all next week so i am going to make an appt with them and just spend the whole day there and ride back. Its about an 8hr round trip.
Here is what is on my list:
speedo replacement
neck bearings
check clutch nut
any EHC upgrades I might need
fork oil rpeplaced since they have to do the neck bearings
clutch adjustment
Is there anything else you guys can think of? I am at 12,000 miles
I change my oil, primary and spark plugs every month without fail.
change my tranny every other month and clean air filter

Great news... I just called BD at wichita and they are going to fix my speedo, neck bearing and steering bearing, check my clutch nut and do all the downloads I need for free.
He said they would all be covered under warranty and he also said if he cant get all that done in one day they will put me up in a motel for the night also:2thumbs:
Now that is customer service I did not expect

Always wise to deal with them with a smile and kind attitude and look what it gets you.
Enjoy your stay in Wichita while the techs look over your bike.
They will survive this economy based on customer service. But all..... Beware what a dealer tells you until you confirm it withe BDM.
