You know whats crazy it looks like there are two more baggers sitting in front of that black one and maybe a mastiff sitting on the left side.

He just texted me and said he has not had it running it has a wiring issue.

A mutt to the left of it, two more bulldog baggers to the front of it and a mastiff to the left of those... dude just has a collection going on there!! He has like 2.5% of the baggers built... lol

Negotiate down a couple thousand dollars update the wiring and go through the fuel injection. I’m betting could still have only $10,000 into possibly less if it’s just the ehc. Good deal for someone that’s wants one to resurrect.

I thought about since it is somewhat close to me but there are a lot of other things to consider. Battery ,tires, both brake systems, don't really know what the paint is like , fork seals could be going bad also from sitting... and on and on. For me I would have to get it really cheap and just go over the whole bike. Its really a crap shoot with a bike like this.

Worth a look, maybe write down all your variables with ballpark costs ahead of time and deduct as necessary off the asking price and show the seller what repairs and costs would amount to. I can’t imagine it’s going to sell quick if it has electrical issue that causes a no start condition and in that case it’s useless to have sit there longer to the seller. Just my opinion tho

"It has a wiring issue" means almost nothing.
What most think requires thousands of dollars and "You have to tear everything out and start over" is rarely true.
Take your time and replace the couple of things that need replacing, and it is not wiring and EHCs(provided the VR or someone has not burned the EHC) etc, and at the right price you'll have a sweet BD Bagger.

Take off that fairing and put on a clear 16" Windvest ... would look a lot better in my opinion. I have a new one for sale ..... haha

hey You cant buy another one out from under me lol.

I am in contact, I made an offer, asked for pics of under the seat and side covers.

He is stating the bike is in storage, its cold etc, so waiting. Not very motivated apparently.
