Has anyone had issues with FURY on EBAY?...reason I'm asking is I purchased just 1 single BDM patch for my wife 16 days ago and have yet to recieve it in the mail. On Ebay it shows it hasnt shipped and has no tracking number with it....I've called and emailed them several times, leaving messages on both to return my call or email with a response to when I will recieve it and niether have been answered.

Not on Ebay but off their website. Ordered head bolt covers and paid with the credit card. After ten days I called them and they said that they don't do orders over the internet. I then asked why is it set up like that and they replied they were changing over to a new system. They credited back my charge and cancelled out the order they never placed. Didn't even seem like they wanted to make a sale on the head bolt covers. I hear nothing but good things about them but this experience was weird. Guy was in a hurry to get off the phone. I would give them a second try though.

I have always had the greatest of experiences with Fury. Since I live nearby, I will visit them in person tomorrow and speak with their GM and parts manager. Both are great guys so I am sure this has been some sort of miscommunication. If you would like, I will mail out your item myself personally if that will speed up delivery.

they did participate in the Donnie Smith MC Invitational, but that is really no excuse not to conduct business. Again, knowing the members of Fury Motorcycles, this probably is just something that fell through the cracks.

I have been in the shop a couple of times before and after the Donnie Smith bike show. They looked like they were swamped with work, I believe they had 10 bikes at the show. When you call ask for Justin. If you happen to be in the area and need work done ask for Jeff he is one of the best.

Gotta' agree, Jeff is one of the finest, most knowledgeable Big Dog techs around. He's like the "Dog" whisperer...Hey Buck, your avatar looks like it was taken in the shop there. Except that is certainly not Jeff or Justin on the bike....maybe Stu???:lol:

Well it certainly worked! But if it was a small procedure, wouldn't that make him part of the village people now?

If you paid with paypal and didnt have any balence, the funds need to transfer from your bank to pp, then its sent. I have had this happen to me and it takes about 7-9 business days to occur. I think pp calls this a pp check....I could be wrong but this may be what happened to you. The seller still has not recieved they money and is just waiting for payment to ship the item.

I stopped in today and spoke with one of the salesmen and the gm. Justin was on a day off, but they were trying to contact him regarding this issue. They told me that they are going to make every effort to rectify the situation and will most likely send the item for overnight delivery.
