Something like; test light down at the pump housing harness; disconnect the wires; key on and do I have power down to the pump at the main wire harness side? No power, I rule out a seized motor not turning. But if I have power down to the pump, I changed the fuse because it blew, or say the pump is shorted internally that blows the fuses.

The pump is powered through a relay and breaker under the left side cover controlled through the VFI controller, not EHC.

First make sure the breaker isn’t tripped. (Test continuity, or 12v across it)

Next, under the forward side of the tank there is a connector with 4 wires.

After key on, you should see 12V for ~2 seconds for pump prime between the red and black terminals.

If all this is ok, then the pump is bad.

12 volt at red and black wires under tank
pulled tank off pulled fuel pump out 4 wires from fuel pump GRAY -YELLOW/RED-brown/yellow-and black if you put volt to gray and ground brown pump ingages

Reply #8. See ECH Interface T? That sends out a timed priming window upon startup. Looks like the ECH.

Blue circle around relay; is hot from battery to relay. Relay control 4 has to be grounded via controller(?) to cause the magnetic windings to pull the bar down at 25 so the bar connects to red and hots the injectors, motor, and oxy sensors. So are you saying with key on, you show voltage out to fuse 25, yes? And say you have volts at at the injector wire A, yes? So 12v into relay, key on, press start switch, kill on, you show no volts at the injectors, yes?

So on the harness side of the pump, key on, the test light should come on and go off is key prime with kill switch on.

At ECH Interface T, is there voltage going out with key on? Where this should be your first test to see if it's the ECH first.
