Just to add my .02
Windex is bad for chrome as it will remove any wax you put on it.
Detail spray is much better.
Adams is the best in my opinion.

Yep, chrome cleans lots easier this is true! I think the last time , seems like maybe, I cleaned chrome wheels It was something I paddled (bicycle) or detailing a friends Harley, they both had spokes. Would chrome wheels handle the torque these scooters put on the rear wheel amyway? It might just blow off!! When I get through cleaning one it will cut the wind and make some noise. Looking for the key to the scooter with the blinding clean, super polished, front billet wheel.

Everyone have a great, even fantastic weekend.

I use Victory detailer on chrome. It is about 15 bucks and it takes more than 20 seconds , but it protects and shines better too. I also wax it a lot too. I am actually going to get a can of Weiman's Silver polish when I get everything alse as good as it can be got with the stuff I am using now and make it go off the chart shining very soon. Still that stuff at Walmart is 3.47 a can ,,,

:lol: That was what I was going to say, but held back.:roll:

I use windex to clean the shit on the wheels and Zano Brothers wax on them, I finish them off with a little auto detailer and shine enhancer. The chrome on my wheels is trying to hang on and so am I. :D

It's Ok Carlos.. you could/can ride with me with your very shiney chrome wheels. Billet takes lots more time and patience to really clean up like they should be. Mine were funky when I got them ahhhhhh but they are slowly but surely getting to look like brand new again. I stared on the back one this afternoon,,, maybe an hour, maybe half way through with the mother's cone. I will get the little spots by hand , finger , whatever to get the scooter to shine like Chrome.. I am actually going to polish the wheels with silver polish when I get them all shiney again. I feel blessed to get one of these scooters. It was filthy when I got it but soon to be looking very good.

Have a Good one,
Ray
