Both front pegs on the Mastiff are drooping forward. I took both off and cannot see any abnormal wear on the pegs or the clevis to which they attach. I did notice the bushings on either side of the pegs seem worn, could this be the problem.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions,or second where would I go to buy new bushings.

My passenger pegs droop as well. Next time I have mine off I plan on drilling and tapping for a small set screw so it will hit that first and stop there (have seen it done on other pegs)

Upload them from another website (Facebook, any website you are using) OR, just use the "Upload a File" button and upload direct from your PC, only thing is that the pics cannot be bigger than 4 MBs.

Did you get you bike all painted and out back together
... powder coated (same color) frame; gas tank; rear fender; swingarm, rocker boxes and covers. Sent off front forks to be rebuilt (http://www.storzperf.com) Ceriani forks... common to early model Big Dogs), rewire everything.. new tires, rebuilt carb xXx; snorkel air intake; new gas caps-flush; added another fuel petcock to the back of the tank; .... presently replacing all bearings and races...
Should be all done in a few weeks... !!
... oh.. almost forgot; lengthened footpegs two inches for my size 13" shoes, will be adding custom 'engine guards' underneath the motor attached to the frame in an inconspicuous manner, then attaching folding pegs to that so I can unfold and it will give me another place to rest my feet - place my weight taking it off my tailbone/back for those times when crossing R/R tracks etc.,
My 107" is 'stock' and I will keep it that way... oh yea; I will also be adding a two into one upgraded exhaust... whew..!!

Just wondering , is there any pictures of the bushing Curtis sent you a "long time ago", and possibly where they powder coated yeller, or yellow as city folks refer to the color of your scooter! :):):) The rubber on mine is just wearing out.

I drilled and tapped a 1/4x20x1/2" deep hole, tapped with bottoming tap, and screwed in a nylock button head so I can adjust the angle of the pegs. I needed a slight up angle because at full throttle my feet were vibrating/flying of the pegs. Now they stay on.

Oh! And for the "worthless without pics" crowd here you go:
