Front Fender Alignment Question. 08 Ridgeback

I just replaced my front tire and noticed the lower rear edge of the front fender is kicked over to the left. I had not noticed that before. I can see that the original tire was rubbing the inside of the fender slightly in the past. I loosened the four bolts that hold the fender braces to the fork tubes and I got a little more clearance but not enough to center it. Any suggestions? I did not touch the bolts that hold the brace to the fender in fear I may hurt the paint. I have a heavy 1/8" gap now on the rt side, it was tighter.

I would try to loosen all the bolts and push it to the right all the way and hold it while snugging the bolts and see if that helps. It cant hurt

Yep, I did the fork seals, but it all only goes together one way, I did loosen everything and compress the front end then tightened everything while compressed, I've done it without compressing it, I've tried everything and it will not center on the front wheel, I've come to the conclusion that it was that way originally and I never noticed it.

Anyways back on the original topic, maybe some of you hosers could post sum pics of you spacing on your front fenders to see if they are perfectly centered or if they are off a bit, thanks.:)

Its still stuck in the drywall from trying to center it, I didn't realize I was between the studs when I gunned it.:oldbang:

Try checking the distance between the lower tree and the top of the dust caps. Being off might possibly torque the fender a little.
