Front brake sounds like crickets chirping

I'm not sure if crickets even chirp ?? but my front brakes sound like that when i'm braking. I have rebuilt the caliper, replaced the pads and the fluid. The only thing I can think of now is that it could be the rotor. Anyone else have this problem? If so what was the fix for this? Thanks for any info, John

your rotors should be drilled. the holes is what causes the noises. it's gonna happen.

Thanks for the replies. So this is normal ? It's been doing this since I bought the bike in 07. Anyone else experiencing this ?

Mine has done it since new also, I only use the front brake going down mountain roads, I tell my wife its a deer repeller.:lol:

My front pads did that after I changed the pads from the oem ones to an after market pad.

My Big Dog and my Triumph front brakes both buzz a little. My Triumph did it after I changed the pads. My other bikes don't
