Wow! Snow? YIKES! I remember buying my wire plus for $500.00. Now you cant even find them. Better options out there now for sure. Nice of you to give it away. It will help someone.

If MR Wright has not pull the trigger on this generous offer, I could very much use that system. I have an 04 Mastiff that just recently started showing signs of issues. Low beam coming and going... Starts ok then doesn't start....etc..etc. I don't put many miles on it and really don't want to sink $500 into it right now. Thanks so much

That system is obsolete. And you have to cut the stock wires to make it work, and will cost you more in the long run to fix it properly. The RIP system from the factory or Axles unit from the Kaptain are the best way to go. And money well spent.

I agree with Mr. Wright. Why cut all those wires when you can get a plug and play EHC. Much better option. And what are you going to do when that wire plus craps out? Cant buy them anymore and all your wires are cut.

I just looked into the EHC issues & replacement yesterday. I wasn't aware of the various types and what was the latest and greatest. No, I would not want to cut the stock connectors. I'll suck it up for the moment and run with the high beam. I only get out once a month anyway if that. My 04 Mastiff only has about 9k on it. Thanks guys.

If switching your high and low beam is your only problem, it more than likely not your EHC. Being that it is an 04, it could be the pc board in the handle bars. Start a new thread under technical section, and explain what is going on, and we'll get you pointed in the right direction.

I had the same problem. Started with high beam only then went to the key replaced switch then had a tech head come over and bike wouldn’t do anything no power to anything. He discovered the power was going in the ehc but wasn’t coming out he is going to delete the ehc altogether because everything goes through the ehc he said he could get a fuse box and some fuses and in two hours have me on the road. If something doesn’t work you check your fuse box then go from there instead of having to check everything by trial and elimination

Warn him that the switches are low power and go to ground when on.
Without the EHC and just fuses you loose flashers, and will be like my old bike have to hold the turn signal button to use them!

10-4 I told him I thought the hand controls were 1.25 very low current he said he knew because the wires were so small gauge thanks
