Have you tried cleaning corrosion off the board on the tag light?

Yours are flashing? I noticed mine when I first got it only 2 bulbs are lighting up on the lic plate light

There's 4 LED bulb two are constant on and two flash. I just happened to notice it the other day.

Might pull it off and see if I can't fix it. Must be an issue on the board
