is there an enrichener on the wolf??? is so, check to make sure it is all the way off!!!!!!!

little tab right behind the air cleaner, push it down and forget it is there. 2 twists on the throttle before you try to crank it is all you need (maybe 3 at the most)

I think it's EFI?
Re Map??

Thanks I will check in to that this week, I'm off to buy more plugs for next week!!! Sometimes i wish they never came out with this new tech!! Not easy to repair at my own garage!!

Wolf is EFI with auto tune capabilities for minor changes like exhaust and air cleaner. At worst, I could see it running lean and not fowling plugs. I'm guessing they messed something up putting the new fuel pump in. Make sure O2 sensors and connected.

Maybe update!!! It might be the heat censors have gone bad and making the motor miss fire badly. Next time it doe's it I will let it cool down and then try to run again with old plugs.

Might try some E3 plugs, they are harder to foul. This may give the computer time to re-map the fuel delivery.

Man!! It isn't fouling the plugs it's that DAMM!!!!!! Thermal cut!!!!!! BAD!!! I live in Florida 90 Degrees everyday!!! It's nice that big dog lets me ride my bike around the block. Nice going Little Dog. I am going to replace the heat censor maybe that will help. Conversion to carb maybe on the way in future if possible. We will see.

Yep, Carbs are the best for me. I like the challenge of dialing them in. Of course, you can't beat a EFI with custom mapping for a race bike like my Daytona 675.

Yea, it shouldn't be that sensitive to heat. Mine would run fine in 100 heat all the time. It would kick in sometimes in heavy traffic though.

How many miles do you have on it? The first 500-1000 miles were really bad though until it got broke in.

I wish I had more money.
So what are your riding conditions? Are you in a lot of traffic? All highway? Little bit of both? It did or didn't occur before the mods? If it started after the mods look long and hard at what was done and the areas around them. It's hard to believe that it was doing it that bad before.

Something does not seem right here.
Why did you have the fuel pump changed? Was it bad?

Changing the pipes, air cleaner should not cause the bike to foul plugs. If anything it'll run a little lean till it re-learns. I'd double check the O2 sensors are connected. Worse case take it back to the dealer and have them fix it.

Remapping is not an option you will have to replace the S&S module with one that is not locked for editing.

The pump was bad, That is what the dealer said. I just got bike two weeks ago so I don't have much ridding time on bike. I am ridding everyday but in afternoon, let me correct my self, the plugs are not fouling, it's the heat cut off kickn in . I rode yesterday afternoon it was 83 deg, bike ran good for 25 miles and then it started to misfire again just as i got home. I have a new heat censor coming on monday and i will replace, maybe that will help. My ridding is with stop lights about every 3 to 4 miles sometimes longer. The dealer that i bought the bike from is out of state and they are not a bigdog or chopper type of dealership . Honda ( boooo)
