Just got back from the doc myself and renewed my lisinopril.

Get a gym membership at the nicest place around. The atmosphere is important. Having a few hard bodies walking around or on the tread mill in front keeps you coming back!!

Looks like a nice set up especially with the weights. I'm just calling a spade a spade. I've worked out at my house and then the gym for the last 10 years. I look forward to the gym and the enviroment. Can't say the same for the house that's all.

Same here the only way I can get it down is on a fukin tredmill. I hate those damn things. Have had a couple of things at home but the Gym worked out the best for me.
