Flame decal or dip kit info request

Is anyone familiar with this paint scheme? I have seen it on several tanks and assume it is either a decal or dip kit. I have seen it with plain flames and with ghost flames as well. Does anyone know the manufacturer or where to get a tank kit similar?

Gold and orange with green striping.

As far as I know it's all done by hand.
First yellow. Tape off the flames. Air brush the orange. Tape off the flames. Then black and pin stripping with a steady hand. Then lots of rubbing.
I have seen a dipped bike and it did look really good just don't know much about it.

The only reason I thought it was a dip or a decal was I have seen others the same, or similar.

I'm just guessing here, but dentdude36 should have some experience with wraps? Maybe?

Thanks for all the input guys. I called a guy I know who is in the wrap business. He said it is easy enough to do and forgiving while being applied. He recommended 3M 1080 wrap, watch a YouTube video and have at it!. That is my plan.
