Looks like Biker Babe hit the nail on the head. Some folks don't monitor email or access a pc on a daily basis. Patience is a virtue and some times you need a little more patience than others. Glad you got your refund Awg, but once you post negative feedback about a person or business, the damage is done. Time heals all wounds, but scar tissue lasts forever.

It seems like there is a lesson learned here by all. Even us standing on the sidelines. This is a good group on this forum and the intitial post seemed a little suspicious since it was such a small ticket item. Maybe we all need to take a deep breath and not be so quick to bash. I agree with Biker Babe. Not to mention Tim has had 11 messages since September. Not as active as others (which is fine). Just my .02.
