been so long since I have had a chance to get up here and talk to you all I almost posted in the new introductions forum. Work, Kids, T-ball coaching and Airsoft wars have kept me pretty busy. So how is everyone doin'

It is like paint ball but uses 6mm hard ass bb's that come at you anywhere from 300-450fps. It is an addictive game, bunch of grown men out there with a few kids in the mix, it is hard to tell the kids from the adults sometimes.

All have to wear eye protection, other than that it is pretty open. About a month ago I came home with over 50 bb marks on my chest (I don't run, though I probably should have since all I had on was an under armor shirt). I ran point blank into about 6 fully auto guns and they unleashed on me. I bought a tactical vest for the last war, that helped knocked the marks down to about 15 on various parts of my body.

So I gotta tell ya. I bought an air soft rifle for my 10 year old. He was playing around with some friends in the neighborhood and ended up in my front yard with their guns. I bought the gun so I had an idea of what it did. Anyway, a few of the kids were out front, I had a few beers, met up with them outside and said that can't hurt too much ( I used to have BB gun fights when I was a kid -- so figured it couldn't be any worse) so I said shoot me! My kid looks at me, like your crazy, I said go ahead. They were all watching. So he shot me. Ouched! Got Damn that hurt. Last time that happened....
