Extension kit

Hi!
I am in need of a 6 inch foot controles extension kit for my -05 Bulldog. I bought a 4 inch from dm custom works last year, but I cant find them any more. Anyone have any suggestions?

I must have missed that post, that's sad news! I hope things are as well as can be.

These were a custom part will be difficult to replace them, maybe Curtis can fill that gap for the guys looking for extensions beyond the 2.5". Not sure how many kits are still floating around either.
