Exhaust whistle

My 05 chopper sounds like it has a turbo. Drives me crazy!! It has taken a few bumps when I round the curves. Could it have something to do with the baffles being damaged?

Maybe, but more than likely it has a crack some where. My stock exhaust was whistling, found the crack on the back side luckily, and was able to weld it so no one could see it.

Look at where it mounts to the frame. that's where they usually crack. If not that, look at the head pipe gasket.

It was a loose belt. Whew!!! That was simple

Put a 3.5 belt drive on and you will think you have a turbo! Glad you found the problem.

Seems like the first thing to check is loose bolts, so far I found a loose heat shield and a loose top motor mount bolt, shake em loose!!! Glad it was a simple fix.

Bolts, Belts.... don´t forget about the whistles .... all are connected...
