When I put mine on, I usually tighten them as tight as I can get with the open end box wrench and then I put the chisel downAnd throw some of them locking washers on the next set.

That's always a good idea....If he keeps losing them we will have to drill holes thru the bolt head and wire them together.

What did you do on that bike during Bike Week??? and do you have video of youCheck those exchaust bolts once in a while... Getting hot doesn't help locktite keeping the bolts tight.. I had one bolt left after my last trip...

Whatever happened to clean and tight, I think your new saying should be lose and dirty, or lost the fkr.Not only these bolts.... check them ALL every now & then.... once I found the bolts from my rear pulley all lose!!!!
