EHCs in 2011 Models?

I see that the BDM site has been updated with the 2011 models. I didn't find any mention of an updated electronics harness. I heard a rumor that the K-9 250 didn't have the dreaded EHC. Was wondering if the EHC is history or does BDM still have (blind) faith in them.
