Good Lord boys..hair dryer worked!!!!
Do a little research on the different units and make a decision on which one to go with, they all have their bonuses. Axels unit is the easiest to install (2 plugs) if you want to keep the desk top connectors, DOC's unit has the wiring harness's addressing the head light plug melt down and you can get voltage monitoring and air ride if you have it on your bike for a couple bucks more, I personally have DOC's ESC. He has excellent customer service also if you have any questions. Do a little reading and choose which one is best for you.Seems awful suspect, I've ridden the bike numerous times at 45 degrees and never had this issue. It's been just below 50 degrees the past couple days that I've had this problem. I'll have to contact axle, is it just a replacement controller or is there new wiring harnesses too?
Well when In gear your gonna have the drag from the gears. So it should take more force than neutral.Just for the hell of it I was spinning the input shaft on the transmission earlier, don't have the clutch assembled quite yet. Noticed something is binding slightly when I spin the input shaft by hand while it's in gear. Spins fine while in neutral. Output shaft doesn't even have the pulley on it yet. I'm no transmission guru but shouldn't this be spinning freely? The binding isn't anything severe, just have to put a decent amount of pressure on it to keep it turning
