won a seat from this guy and he has never responded. He didnt take my money but he removed the one other item he had for sale and has just went silent. I think he is out of the Mississippi area.

no not yet, I paid on March 31 and cancelled pay pal payment on like the 9th or 10th
I sent the guy a couple of messages but have had no response.

It is odd. My dad loves Thompson Contenders and buys and sells parts and frames for them all the time. He got very ill from food poisoning and was hospitalized for a few days then brought home to finish recovering. I remembered to ask him about any auctions or active listings he had and immediately contacted two people who won his auctions and informed them of his condition and they were great about it. I shipped his items and took care of his active listings, but I never thought of deleting them and not informing anyone. I would only assume the guy you are dealing with backed out, but you never know stranger things have happened maybe it was something similar to mine. I wouldn't sweat it. You didn't lose any money, so all is good. Shit does happen though, poor health, death, death in the family. You just never know what people are going through or even if he's still alive. You have your money so just try another item from another seller. It's a win win.
