Dual Coils Set-up for $216.92

Just wanted to share my most recent mod. Since the day I bought the Chopper I knew I wanted the dual coil single fire set-up.
As some of you know, I had an ignition failure a couple week-ends ago. So this is my excuse. I'm on a mission.

It's not as nice as the high dollar Vulcan packages but it serves the same purpose. The money I saved on this allowed me to also obtain a Dynatek 2Ki.
If you don't have one...you should.

I expect to be bashed for the name on the coils but like I said it accomplished my goal and I thought I'd share for those who are on a budget as I am. After their painted to match nobody but you and I will know.

My sources were all from EBAY. except the nuts&bolts.

Big Twin Chrome coil mount $32.00 - free shipping
Vulcan engineering coil bracket $67.00 - free shipping
Revtech 3.0 ohm coils $99.00 - free shipping
Ford tractor ignition switch $12.45 - including shipping
Ace hardware nuts&bolts $ 6.47 - including tax

Grand Total $216.92

I do intend to paint them silver and maybe some orange wires in the future, and the ignition switch hole will be filled with a switch for my LEDs, but this thing runs like a whole new bike.
I've done these dual coils on other bikes but never with a result as dramatic as on this S&S 107. The combination of the DYNA and the coils have really awakened the beast, and removed 75% of the vibration.

ENJOY!!! comments welcome..........good or bad!!!

I like it, just have to plug in the hole. Looks likes its for a starter button, Can't beat the price for a nice Mod. Is the rev teck logo on the other side of the coils. If you don't want the logo showing i guess you can swap sides

The logos are just stickers they peel right off. I'm just showing it for what it is.

Yes it's a starter button hole. As soon as I find a nice chrome on/off switch that fits I'm going to wire it up to my LED accent lights.

You could have gotten one without the hole. I used to have one like that without the starter button hole then I switched to this one

Got if from Vicious Cycles
