I recently built a custom chopper with a 107 S&S. I hae 625 miles on it and the brand new kevlar belt popped. I took the belt back and was told thee was nothing wrong with the belt I just had to much torque. Is this something comon or a bunch of bull?

Sounds like BS, I have a 117 and run the shit out of with 16,000 miles.

That makes 2 for BS, my tire spins a bit but haven't broken a belt.

Unless you have an alignment issue or tension problem, if not yeah BS
