nine lives Active Member Mar 31, 2011 #6 Don't use that GOO Gone on the powder coat it will attack it. I used it on my swing arm on a small spot and started to remove the powder coat, made it gummy. Maybe put some on and quickly get it off. I'd use WD40 safer.
