Sorry for your loss, but a lesson learned here.

Crutch rockets riders love to rev their motors and hit the rev limiter time after time. I learned my lesson the hard way too, so I don't rev anymore. One time I was trying to purge the NOS system on my LS1 without a purge valve. I had been pretty good at it by just revving up high hit the NOS and it was done. But one time that didn't work for me, I over revved, had an NOS explosion that lifted the intake clean off the engine. I knew then I had fucked up for being cheap. Next thing was to rebuild and buy a purge valve. That purge valve was much cheaper and safer.  So I learned not to rev at all, because it only loads up the motor that will cause damage sooner or later.

Sorry to hear the bad news! I remember following your posts from the beginning and you being upset about the performance of the scoot when it was first built. You finally got it tuned in and running decent and now this happens! I hope you get it straightened out soon and she's running like a raped ape again... :2thumbs:
