Dog Down - Need Info

Got the dog back Friday night and it's running great! New clutch cable and clutch adjustment shifts as smooth as butter. False neutral problem is gone too after changing the oil with Red Line (no bent fork in the tranny). As for the EHC crapping out, that turned out to be the Start Relay lost ground and had to be re-crimped at the battery connection. Josh said the hardest repair was the neutral light which also turned out to be a grounding problem but not at the switch. He traced it back to a bundle of wires behind the fender and ran a new ground to the frame.

Lastly, the dyno tune-up made a huge difference in performance. I haven't received the graphs yet; supposed to have been emailed. Josh found the carb running extremely rich so he swapped the main and intermediate jets which has made a huge difference in throttle response and gas mileage. I was getting 33 mpg before the tune and now I'm getting 44.4 mpg.

Rode the chopper all day Saturday and again Sunday afternoon. No complaints. I give a big thumbs up to Josh at Ross Gateway Cycles in St Charles, MO.
