does BDM make a chrome timing cover

that will fit the 117 ci. motor? I guess this is in general a question for Nelson but if anyone knows I'm intrested in finding out. My billet one just doesn't stand out like a chrome one would. 2nd question is, is it difficult to change or maybe it's as simple as it seems to appear. Maybe after seeing all the cool changes Gas did to his bike I have been staring at mine and visualizing a bit to much. Thanks in advance to any and all input on this. :up:

It's a standard S&S motor so, any cover should fit as long as the mounting holes are the same number and in the same place. See what's available for H-D's and you should be good to go.

Yup, they should. I don't believe S&S made theirs with different dimensions.

Well you can get any brand you want as long as it is made for a 73-92 Evo.

There are 2 different types you can get... cast or billet. Billet being better. But for some reason it is hard to find them in chrome. BDM doesn't carry any in chrome anymore. Regardless of which one.

Further for a billet you are looking at $400++
