I need help in taking off the hand controls so that I can get them chromed...Anyone have taken them loose? especially taking off the throttle cables and clutch connections..
its all pretty self explanatory when you get in there. Just be careful with the ferrules on the throttle cables as they can fall off and get lost real easy
Your gonna have to disassemble the front master assembly. Just lay everything you remove in order to make reassembly easier. A service manual will help. Let us know how the chrome comes out, who did it and the cost. Thinking of doing that also.
