:chopper:Went for a ride today to relieve stress of xmas shopping with wife all damn day and noticed my clutch super easy to pull and bike was moving forward with clutch engaged at a stop and also a bitch to get in neutral ; came back home and tried to adjust tension on adjustment located on down tube and made it worse as I went to far and think I broke the grommet off lever inside the lever housing as now the lever is limp Already have a message into Wild Steed; you guys think my clutch might be shot also ?
2005Ridgeback 6000 miles original clutch
If I do need a new clutch along with cable what do you guys recommend??

Thx as always.

Of you broke it you probably would have heard it. You would also be able to manually pull the wire through near the adjuster so you can try that to see if it's broke at either the ball and ramp or handle lever.

Just order a new one from Curtis on his website you'll have it by Xmas hopefully

:patriot:Pretty sure I broke it as it went from somewhat resistance to none at all after my last adjustment with a slight pop!
Waiting to hear back from Curtis.
Merry Christmas all!!

No chance you need a new clutch with 6,000 miles unless your burning it out. Had mine apart at 10k miles and could still make out "Energy One" stamp on the plates.

Possible your hub nut is loose may want to check that.
