if you focus on a reflection at the upper right roof area of the offending vehicle you'll notice what looks like flashing lights. My guess he was running from the cops.

I really did not want to watch it again. Very possible ,
A kid hit me in his mother's van blowing through a stop sign 3 years ago, he never touched a brake. Told the police, I quote, "I ran the stop sign, I didn't see it!" By the grace of God I was not on the Scooter but in my 2003 F250 diesel. It destroyed it after pushing it almost 25 feet side ways. It dazed me pretty good but I climbed out the other side when I realized he was moving parts from my truck out the road before the police arrived. I politely instructed him to not touch anything. I missed one day at work, and worked on a freight dock 2 and a half months before they decided I had a pinched nerve in my neck. They replaced two complete vertebra in my neck and put a 3 inch plate , 6 screws that remind me daily that they are still there along with other complications in my arm and shoulder.
This would be a great video for not just kids not everyone to have to watch a few times every time they re-new their licence.
I still drive daily an F250, sits up high, and see way too many people of all ages playing on a damn phone.

After I got over the shock of it , I did go back and slow it down. His helmet went flying down the road beyond the car he was pinned against. If he did make it through, he is messed up " For-Ever! " Don't think just because your on a 9 foot chopper these idiots see you, or even care if your are there.
