desperado air cleaner cover rain sock?

Let me ask do I even need to worry about rain with my setup?? S&S Desperado with K&N filter. Just like Chopper Dave but witout the cool skull insert:

My filter is completely exposed much like the S&S dual runner only with just 1 large filter. When it rains, I need it.

I have gotten caught in a down pour before...rode about 2 hours in heavy rain...never had a problem with my Desperado cleaner.When we got back to Gas Man's house, I took off the cleaner, washed out my K&N filter and re oiled it...good to go

Yes there is such a thing to keep your air cleaner 100% dry in a rain storm.

In Tennesse we call it a "Garage",,, I don't ride in the rain either,,

Really I haven't a clue about an Air Cleaner Sock ,,, seams like it would be easy to fabricate though ,,

I have the S&S Stars and Stripes cover which does have as much open area as the Desperado, but I have not had any problems on the occasions when I wash the Dog while riding.

I use a rain sock on my stack = works surprisingly well in the rain... never had a problem
